Dr. Fadimatu Mishara is the Director, Implementation Science and Knowledge Management. She is a senior Public Health specialist with multi-country experience across major donor organizations with over 14 years of experience leading large-scale, data-driven programs across global health settings, with a strong focus on health systems strengthening, data systems, and program implementation.
Her work sits at the intersection of program delivery, data, and research. She has led complex multi-site initiatives across 90+ facilities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve how health systems operate, ranging from workflow design and performance monitoring to data system optimization and decision-making.

Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade working in Nigeria across a range of programs including infectious diseases, community health, and maternal and child health.
