Ogbene Martha is the Head of Human Resources at ADRAP. She has a BSC in Sociology from Benue State University. She has years of experience in executive management and administration, sales and customer relations/ people management.

As the head of Human Resources, she is responsible for managing Personnel, overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with work resolutions, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training and personal development programs, and developing compensation plans. She has 20 years of corporate experience.
