Sarah Whuuk Yusuf is a Learning and Development professional. She specializes as a Knowledge Management Specialist with over seven years of experience within the Healthcare and IT industry across West Africa and Europe respectively. She is an astute professional with expertise in E-Learning Instructional design, Organizational Development, Knowledge Asset Management, Capacity Building, and Project Management.
She holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Resource Management and Organizational Development (With Distinction) from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France. She also holds a Masters’s certificate in Healthcare Leadership (Employee Relations) from Cornell University, USA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Literature Emphasis) from Redeemers University, Nigeria.
Sarah is currently Head of Learning and Development at African Diseases Prevention and Research Development Initiative (ADRAP) and she is passionate about helping organizations and businesses thrive in the 21st century by becoming learning organizations. In her role, she helps organizations and businesses evaluate and identify opportunities aimed at increasing efficiency/ effectiveness while mapping out knowledge assets and developing human assets. Her roles include defining and implementing corporate organizational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies, plans and policies across key agencies in the Nigerian health sector. Create and launch bespoke online learning portals for INDRAP and her clients’ especially as it relates to Africa and its health needs. Create and launch online and physical training aimed at closing the gap between demand and supply in human resources in the health sector.
